The last one is the unfiltered draft version (far right) of "Sung Kaoru"!
It has a light, yet subtle grape-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is as crisp as the previous one, but with the freshness and rounded sweetness of the unfiltered draft!
The sake itself is smooth and silky, but since the alcohol content is 19°C, it is more umami-gaiety and heavy than the previous one 🧐.
In the latter half, a bit of astringency comes out, and it finishes with a sweet, spicy, astringent taste with a bit of white wine-like flavor.
Finally, we tasted the shochu recommended by the lady. It was fun to be reminded of the high level of shochu and sake in Kumamoto & I'm glad I came ✨.
