I'd rather lick the salt off the sake than drink it while eating, though I'm sure I could finish him off with a 2RTKO (when did he become a martial arts character?). I'm sure I'll be able to kill him with a 2RTKO or so.

Choyo Fukumusume Ooragarami from Iwasaki Sake Brewery in Yamaguchi.
This sake is a Concept Worker's Selection. It has just the right amount of acidity, which I love, and a great flavor and aroma that spreads to the palate. The fresh and very fatty souda bonito (souda bonito) tataki and sashimi were served as accompaniments. Sushi with a combination of fresh and very fatty souda bonito 🐟 tataki and sashimi. It's not a bad combination 😋👌.

My wife and I have been traveling in Yamaguchi since the third day of our vacation.
On the first day, we visited Akiyoshido Cave, Kakunoshima Ohashi Bridge, and Motonosumi Shrine before coming to Hagi.
We are renting a car, so we will finally be able to drink at dinner!
So, the first sake of our trip to Yamaguchi in Hagi was a Choyo Fukumusume from Iwasaki Sake Brewery, which was our first brewery!
This time it was a Junmai sake!
Let's start with the sake!
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma!
When you put it in your mouth, you may feel like you are drinking traditional sake. But then the fruity sweetness and umami, with a hint of bitterness, spread out.
Oh, it is delicious!
The lingering aftertaste of alcohol and full-bodied flavor makes it a very satisfying sake.
