Another label of the well-known "Murayusuke" (🍶)
Aroma is a little subdued 😌.
Good balance of sweetness and sourness 🎵
Mild and smooth on the palate with good umami ✨.
A "bad" sake that you could drink all the time lol
Probably the most reasonable sake in the Murayu Brewery.
Moderate sweetness, but with a touch of acidity that is unmistakably Murayusuke.
When heated up, the flavor and aroma are very pleasant.
I went to Niigata in April before GW to buy it.
Fresh aroma like green apple.
A good balance of slight sweetness and slight acidity.
It is a delicious sake that you can't help but drink too much of.
For my second glass, I decided on "Hanakoshiji!
I was curious about this sake from the Murayu Brewery.
It is light and easy to drink on the palate, but when you taste it, the soft acidity and sweetness spread all over your mouth, making a big impact!
W-punch of citrus and lactic acidity 👊.
Come to think of it, when should I drink the Murayu Black that's still in the cellar?
This is Murasuke's brand for local market. I bought it at the antenna shop in Umeda. There is almost no information even if I search it. There is a Junmai Ginjo spec called Karokaro which is also from Hanakoshiji. The taste is too good for 800 yen.
But basically, it's just a classic aluzoe sake with a glimpse of Murasuke, so don't expect too much.
Naturally aged at room temperature for 3 years.
Slightly yellow.
It has an old-fashioned full-bodied taste...
It's easy to drink.
It's delicious even when heated.
It's dry with a bitterness, but it has a relaxing taste.
I served it with raw bonito flakes and grated daikon.
It was a perfect match!
It was delicious.
Date of manufacture: November 2018
Sealed date: March 6, 2021
They said it was brewed in 2018...
I knew it would turn yellow as it aged...
It's the same brewery as Murasuke's, but it's completely different, it's more like a sake, with a strong rice flavor!
It doesn't have too much of an aftertaste even at room temperature, and it's probably even easier to drink cold!
The aroma is by far my favorite. Light yellow flowers, yogurt.
Taste Sugary sweetness, some milk, grapefruit, hail.
A straightforwardly delicious drink rather than one to enjoy for its complexity.
Like Minatoya Toisuke, this is another brand of Murasuke that I bought because I liked it after tasting it at Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa. There are many liquor stores that sell Murasuke in Tokyo, but I had never seen this brand before.
As its name suggests, it's low in alcohol content at 13%, so it's easy to drink 😚.
When you drink it cold, it's light and refreshing, with no hint of bitterness. It's delicious in its own right, but when it's chilled at a cooler temperature, it becomes sweeter and more impressive. I liked it best when it was chilled in the wine cellar at about 15 degrees Celsius 😄.
It's interesting to see how it changes with the temperature, but in any case, it's a different direction from the sweet and sour fruity Murasuke.
I think it's a fine sake that won't go with any snacks 😋
