Sake My Life
The aroma is slightly mellow and acidic.
The taste is characterized by acidity. Drinking it cold, it has a not-too-sharp acidity that is also mellow. It is a light sweet white wine with a slight astringency.
It is also close to the acidity of mizu-hashiroshi type wines. In a sense, it is a shocking bottle as it leaves a strong impression of sweet "Murayu".
It was supposed to be a pioneer of Niigata sake, but again? It is a bit like a "no".
Please try it.
