Like Minatoya Toisuke, this is another brand of Murasuke that I bought because I liked it after tasting it at Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa. There are many liquor stores that sell Murasuke in Tokyo, but I had never seen this brand before.
As its name suggests, it's low in alcohol content at 13%, so it's easy to drink 😚.
When you drink it cold, it's light and refreshing, with no hint of bitterness. It's delicious in its own right, but when it's chilled at a cooler temperature, it becomes sweeter and more impressive. I liked it best when it was chilled in the wine cellar at about 15 degrees Celsius 😄.
It's interesting to see how it changes with the temperature, but in any case, it's a different direction from the sweet and sour fruity Murasuke.
I think it's a fine sake that won't go with any snacks 😋
Hanakoshiji Karokaro, 13% alcohol, Murasuke Shuzo 300ml, 600 yen excluding tax
The nose is slightly intense with pear, banana and grapefruit overtones. Smooth on the palate, with a slightly weak, smooth sweetness. It has a light flavor and smooth acidity. There is a faint hint of bitterness. There is no hint of bitterness.

It's another one of my favorite calm types.
Unlike the Murasuke series, it's not as glamorous as the Murasuke series, but it's gentle and easy to drink.
It has no peculiarity, and the aroma and flavor are just right. right underneath
Excellent!
