After a Chinese lunch at Shoryu in Nanao on Sunday, we found Takeba's new sake at Super Dontaku! I went home and opened the bottle.
It was milder than usual and more like Shinshu Kamerei.
I found out that it was brewed with deep seawater from Noto Town because the pump was damaged in the torrential rain disaster in September. Earthquakes and torrential rains, I wonder if there is no God.
The sake was so good that I drank too much even though it was Sunday night💦.
