First Shibori of Ishikawa's local sake Chronicle "Haru". This year it is being sold as Noto's reconstruction support sake. 100 yen per bottle will be used to support sake breweries.
First, let's start with Takeba.
It is a daiginjo brewed with "Hyakumangoku no Shiro," the best rice for sake brewing in Ishikawa Prefecture.
When you put it in your mouth, it bursts with sakiso banana. The 300ml bottle is a good sized sake that you can drink up to a whole bottle.

Purchased on recommendation from a liquor store in Kaga, Ishikawa! A fresh and robust new sake with a strong sweet and sour taste from the famous Noto sake brewer, Kazuma Shuzo!
It was a direct response to my request for a robust sake!
Also, the label is really nice! Metallic bamboo 🎋.
I have been wanting to drink Takeba since before the earthquake, and finally bought it at an antenna store.
It's an interesting sake, with a fresh and robust sweetness and acidity, while also having a strong Noto sake-like flavor.
I was surprised that it was quite juicy and sweet.
It also has a fruity taste.
The mouthfeel is firm, but the aroma, sweetness, acidity and bitterness are soft and smooth. Finishes clean. Yamada Nishiki. With grilled sausage and kraut

Takeba was my first brand.
The label was also impressive.
I bought it as if I was buying it by the packet.
When I put it in my mouth, I thought it would be noticeably sour, but it had just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness.
It is fresh and goes in smoothly.
I think I like it a lot. Delicious.
I paired it with yellowtail teriyaki,
It is a sake that goes well with a meal.
