It's a little early, but my eldest son and his wife are throwing me a birthday party!
The place was a hot pot restaurant 🔥 (Kawasaki branch)
This restaurant is a global chain? Looks like a global chain.
It's a big restaurant, but almost all the staff and customers are Chinese!
And for some reason, there was sake 😳 in such a restaurant!
I was going to not drink it because it didn't seem to go well with my meal, but I started to feel good and had one last drink!

Asahi Shuzo Brewery, where I couldn't help but stop to look at the unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake of Manju.
I drank
Kubota Manju Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
I have been wanting to try this sake since it was released. Unlike the hi-ire type, it was beautifully sweet and tasty!
I hope it will be released during the year-end and New Year holidays.

A little weak after drinking unfiltered raw sake.

The aroma is strong yogurt smell.
Sweet and sour as usual! The orikomi is also strong, and the koji taste is better!
At 13%, there is no lingering alcohol, just adult juice.
I was able to buy it again this season! I wish I could have 3 more bottles... 😏.

It was a nice taste.
The sour taste in the mouth is similar to that of lactobacillus acidophilus drink.
Before stirring, the sourness was a little strong,
But after stirring, the sweet taste became richer and the sour taste
The balance between the acidity and the sweetness improves,
The sweet and sour taste is delicious with the sweet and sour taste.
It tastes better when stirred 😄.
