I wasn't supposed to drink (sake) today.
It's a little early, but my eldest son and his wife are throwing me a birthday party!
The place was a hot pot restaurant 🔥 (Kawasaki branch)
This restaurant is a global chain? Looks like a global chain.
It's a big restaurant, but almost all the staff and customers are Chinese!
And for some reason, there was sake 😳 in such a restaurant!
I was going to not drink it because it didn't seem to go well with my meal, but I started to feel good and had one last drink!
Kubota Senju
Because I ate too much spicy food?
I can't really taste it 🤣.
But sweet and sour, not too strong?
Dry? I think it's refreshing.
It's Kubota, so I think it's light and refreshing 😆 I'm sure of it!
I know it's a crappy comment, but 😝...
And they refused to take a picture of the bottle!
(I'm sure it's Kubota, so I'm pretty sure it's Awaii!)
I had a great time and received gifts from my wife and younger children who were not there 😚.
So I forced myself to upload them!
Sorry if you have read this far!
Good evening, Takashi!
Happy birthday party a little early 🎉!
You and your eldest son and his wife have a wonderful relationship after all✨.
I'm sure it was a fun party that put you in a good mood 😋.
Good morning, ma-ki-😊.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
It was beer and sours with spicy hot pot, but I got on a roll and went for sake too 😆.
Thanks to my family 🥰.
Good morning, Takashi 😃.
I see it's almost your birthday 🎂.
I'm so happy for you and your eldest son's kindness 🥹.
It's hard to find sake to go with spicy food 😅 it's too spicy to taste the sake 🤣.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😊.
We ate it while trying to soften the spiciness, but it was pretty spicy and we drank too much beer 😆.
But I felt good and went for sake too 🤣.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😊.
I think we were one day apart, 😆.
Later, when I posted a picture of that time on my family line, my wife asked me, "Sake with this meal?" 🤣.
Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO ⑦
Asahi Shuzo Brewery, where I couldn't help but stop to look at the unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake of Manju.
I drank
Kubota Manju Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
I have been wanting to try this sake since it was released. Unlike the hi-ire type, it was beautifully sweet and tasty!
I hope it will be released during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Kubota Manju Junmai Daiginjo
No photo. The impression is the same as before: light, elegant and dry.
A little weak after drinking unfiltered raw sake.
Kubota Senju Ginjo Nama Nama Sake
No photo because I bought it.
I didn't expect much, but it was heavy, sweet and tasty, so I bought it 😋.
The brewer told me that I bought a lot of sake in my basket, but I thought there were many more people who bought more than that 🤣.
Are you okay? Do you want me to bring a cart? It was a little funny 🤣.
Maybe I should have talked a little more 😁.
Kubota Junmai Ginjo Nigori
The aroma is strong yogurt smell.
Sweet and sour as usual! The orikomi is also strong, and the koji taste is better!
At 13%, there is no lingering alcohol, just adult juice.
I was able to buy it again this season! I wish I could have 3 more bottles... 😏.
Right after it was first poured into the glass.
When it was cold, there was no aroma,
After a little time, a green apple-like aroma
It was a nice taste.
The sour taste in the mouth is similar to that of lactobacillus acidophilus drink.
Before stirring, the sourness was a little strong,
But after stirring, the sweet taste became richer and the sour taste
The balance between the acidity and the sweetness improves,
The sweet and sour taste is delicious with the sweet and sour taste.
It tastes better when stirred 😄.
Stirred sake has a smooth taste and goes down smoothly 😆.
I think I'm going to finish it soon 🤭.
Thank you for the food 😋😋.
Meeting after katsuben at Bacchus in Koenji. We talk about the child actor in "Sand Box," director Suo's drying up, "The Yellow Handkerchief," "Railroad Man," Ken's appearance, the bullet train bombing remake, "I want to sleep like a dream," etc. We have a great time talking about movies.
Tuna steaks and sashimi are served as snacks. Sake that makes your tongue turn.
