It is a mellow and gentle sake.

It has a delicious rice flavor in the middle.

This sake was shipped in January 2010.
When I drank it before, I thought it had a strong rice flavor and spiciness.
The rice taste has mellowed and the sweetness is different from the fruity taste 🤩.

According to the owner, it's like new sake has been freshly brewed in the fridge and has just fallen into a state of fermentation!

I think it used to be a little sharper, but it tastes just as warm and fuzzy as the label!
MAJ 😆It looks like a label for a new winter sake 😍It was left in the fridge for almost a year and grew into an amazingly good sake that even the owner was surprised 😍It tastes the best and is selling the best right now lol 🤣.

The mouthfeel is mild and gentle, a far cry from the dryness of the previous section.
The strength of the original sake, the sweet and delicious flavor of the rice, and a hint of cream-like aroma are very appealing!
