At a friend's house. My friend got this bottle at a sake brewery on a business trip to Fukuoka.
As expected of Yamada-Nishiki. It is dry and delicious.
Totally jacked up.
But delicious, strong alcoholic sake.
If you are not a sake lover, you may not like it.
As with anything, it's easier to drink after a little oxidation the next day as it mellows out.
Junmai Daiginjo made entirely with Yamadanishiki from Fukuoka's oldest sake brewery, which my parents received as a tax return gift from their hometown.
It is a mellow and gentle sake.
It is a sake that you can drink easily.
It does not have such a strong aroma.
It is a jungin, but a rather robust sake.
It has a delicious rice flavor in the middle.
The more it is cut, the better.
A sake brewery with over 300 years of history.
A sake brewery that cares about its local community.

It's a bit apple-like, but the spiciness comes and goes.

This sake was shipped in January 2010.
When I drank it before, I thought it had a strong rice flavor and spiciness.
The rice taste has mellowed and the sweetness is different from the fruity taste 🤩.

According to the owner, it's like new sake has been freshly brewed in the fridge and has just fallen into a state of fermentation!

I think it used to be a little sharper, but it tastes just as warm and fuzzy as the label!
MAJ 😆It looks like a label for a new winter sake 😍It was left in the fridge for almost a year and grew into an amazingly good sake that even the owner was surprised 😍It tastes the best and is selling the best right now lol 🤣.
