I visited Ohga Shuzo at the brewery opening, but this is my first time to taste the unfiltered raw sake!

The aroma is almost imperceptible.

The aftertaste is medium and the finish is clean and refreshing.
Delicious unfiltered unpasteurized sake-like flavor.
Surprisingly, it is good as a food sake as it is easy to match with sesame kanpachi and tempura.
