Komaizumi吟醸

のぶのぶYesterday we stayed in Aomori So today we start from Aomori. I left before 6:00 p.m. because I wanted to return home in the evening. Not related to alcohol, but I had miso curry milk ramen for the first time. It was delicious, spicier than it looked, combined with the softness of the milk. Now, this is Komaizumi. I bought this at a store in Tsugaru Goshogawara of Tsugaru Railway. You can smell the ginjo aroma when you open the bottle. First with the nose... then with the mouth... you can enjoy the deliciousness. The taste is light and refreshing, with little acidity, giving the impression of a sake that makes the most of its aroma and refreshing sweetness. It is also a good sake.

loopyThe trinity of clear subterranean water from the Takase River in the Hakkoda Mountains, carefully selected sake rice, and Nanbu-style brewers is combined to produce this local sake, which is produced using traditional methods while incorporating the latest technology. 100% sake brewing rice grown by special contract farmers in the Sakuta district of Shichinohe Town, Aomori Prefecture. The delicious flavor of 100% specially contracted rice. The lightness and richness of this sake are in harmony, making it a perfect match for a wide range of food. Brewer : Shobei Morita (230 Aza Shichinohe, Shichinohe-cho, Kamikita-gun, Aomori Prefecture) Volume: 1,800ml Brewer: Morita Shobei (230 Aza Shichinohe, Kamikita-gun, Aomori Prefecture, Japan) Rice used: Mutsuhomare, Reimei Rice polishing ratio: 60 Acidity: 1.4 Amino acidity: +1.4 Sake degree: +3.0 Price: 2,552 yen (tax included) (My impression after drinking it) Colorless and transparent, not much ginjo aroma. It is easy to drink with no alcohol smell. It is easy to drink with no alcohol smell, and it goes down your throat without much sweetness or spiciness. It goes well with food as it is not too assertive. It is very easy to drink because it does not smell of alcohol like Yamagata's Koikawa, which we drank at the same time. I once bought a small 300ml bottle at Hirosaki station.

ぐっばいしじみSake to go with Salmon, at Sushi Restaurant Full and well-balanced flavor. Sweetness is not prominent, but moderate, and acidity is only supportive. The umami is thick and fades away moderately in the aftertaste. It is a perfect match for salmon. The thickness of the umami is near, so they make the best use of each other. The oiliness of the aftertaste is well balanced by the lingering aftertaste.

程咬金Rice : grown in Aomori Very light on the palate! Surprise! But I also thought it was lacking in flavor. However, about a week after I opened it, the flavor started to increase, and it was light, with a slight umami taste.
