It's been a while since I bought sake at the Aomori Iwate Antenna Shop.
It says it's nigori sake, but it's not cloudy at all😅.
It's very clear and quite crisp. I got the impression that it's a pretty dry sake, but there's also a little sweetness.
I can see a little bit of off-flavor...

I think the "Sakuta" sake from the same brewery is closer to your taste.
I think "Sakuta" would be more like Aomori's sharp and crisp sake.

Sakuta, it seems to be very difficult to find in Kansai, but I'll make a note of it so I don't forget 📝.
