The highest peak of Koshino-Kanbai
The ultimate in light and dry taste
After the Hatsusen of Tohoku, it is undeniable that the impression is honestly lacking, but if Echino Kanmei went down that route, it would be the end of the line, so I can sympathize with this style.
This sake is severe to the drinker with the sense of tasting a work of art.
If you drink it without thinking, it is "good water. That's good, maybe rather happy.

Koshinokanbai, a famous local sake that was once called "phantom sake" and was even counterfeited in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Niigata is often thought of as a light and dry sake, but this one has a very mellow taste with a powerful rice flavor that would not be defeated by grilled squid with mayonnaise as an entrée.
It has a very mellow taste with a strong rice flavor that is not overpowering even when served with mayonnaise on grilled squid.
The best thing about it is that it is so reasonably priced (1,200 yen for a 4-goupe bottle of regular sake).
This is a very famous sake. I had never actually had it before, so I found it in a store, bought it, and tried it.
The taste was as expected.
It tastes just like you would expect it to taste......as expected, that is, like Niigata sake.
However, although it is still easy to drink, there is an "ugh" feeling when swallowing it.
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15%.
This is a bottle of regular sake given to me by a relative in Nagaoka. I enjoy its lightness and sharpness more than its riceiness. I was starving for sake after returning from an overseas business trip, so it soaked into my body. I enjoyed it with sashimi from my favorite fish restaurant on a normal weekend. Thank you very much for the sake, and I am very happy to be able to drink sake that was not available in the premium sake category 30 years ago.
