Meikyojosui Junmai Daiginjyo Polished to 35
Extra fine Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 35%.
Clear, elegant, green apple-like aroma 🍏 Sweet, elegant, clear, and delicious.
The first sip is sweet, elegant, clear, and umami.
The umami comes in later and later. You can also enjoy the sweetness and long aftertaste 🥰.
The third and final drink of the day in Kyoto
Oden and Teppan-yaki Stand Kitoma
I was planning to finish my meal at Ponshuya Santoku Rokumi, which many people have visited in Sake-no-wa, but it was full 🤣.
I had checked out a few places where you can drink sake, so I went here 😁.
Sake is self-poured from the fridge and you choose your own sake 😁.
As I was pouring the sake, the customer next to me told me that it was very drinkable 😙.
It was indeed easy to drink and one of my favorite sakes I've had recently 😋 I don't see many stores carrying it, so when I find it, I'll be sure to repeat the experience 😋.
I'm going to finish moderately today so I don't fall asleep in the passenger seat on the way home😅.
Fourth drink of the day.
Meikyoshu!
My first JUN-KARA 9!
I'm excited 😀.
Now, let's take a sip, shall we?
Hou.
Water with a lot of flavor.
No, it's alcohol 😆.
This is delicious!
That's what I'm talking about👍
The label reads "Oni Shin Shin Junmai" (Oni is the Japanese word for "devil's spicy junmai"). It was the taste of the devil's tongue that hit my throat. with Crab-face Oden
Small Bar Japonica
If you like G-guns, the name alone will make you want to drink it. The herring and the seared mushrooms as appetizers were delicious.
