It's the first time in a long time that I've tasted this sake and I knew it was delicious from the moment I drank it. It's not too harsh on the tongue, has a pleasant flavor, and yet has a strong rice taste. I was convinced that it won a platinum award in a French contest. I found it much tastier when I drank it at home than when I tasted it at the Kawasaki restaurant. If anyone knows why, I'd love to hear about it.
