This time from a blessed box purchased from Sake Kawashima 😄 again, all the sake is custom made to order. I am looking forward to it too much!
First up is a local sake from Miyagi, Yukino Matsushima! I don't usually drink sake even though I live in Miyagi. The aroma was banana. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight carbonation. The sourness and bitterness come in moderation, and the aftertaste is light. It is easy to drink. It is like a juice. It is delicious.
