I had to buy it because it was a limited edition 🤔.
After opening the bottle, it has a mild ginjo aroma 😚 Great expectations 😚 Refreshingly tasty and sweet in the mouth😊 with a clean fresh aftertaste 😍😍😍😍.

The first bottle in a while is a little special here. It was brewed with 100% Yuki-No-Megami, but it is not a daiginjo, so they can't write the name of the rice. Great aroma from the moment you open the bottle! The aroma of sweet fruit is pleasant. In the mouth, it has a strong flavor with sweetness and acidity. Is it just me, or does it feel light and shiny even though it's been quite a while since I bought it? I can easily drink it as it is. It's so good! When paired with vinegared sea cucumbers, the refreshing feeling goes up dramatically, and I can't stop drinking it. After bonito stew, you can feel its mellowness, which is also delicious. The main dish is sushi from the supermarket. It goes great with that too! A refreshing sensation that can be looped endlessly! This sake is great because it goes with everything, even though the flavor changes with the food!

Tonight's sake is brewed with my favorite Omachi. Floral and refreshing ginjo aroma. Nice aroma! It starts off moderately sweet, and once swallowed, has a refreshing aftertaste. It is also great with cheaply-priced ankou (red kidney beans). Even after the turban shell sashimi, the flavor of the seashore flows nicely. Despite the strong flavor of the unpasteurized sake, it was a perfect match with the food and had a refreshing aftertaste. It is a great sake.
