I had promised my wife a day off from Monday to Thursday...I drank it on Thursday 💦 weak willed...sorry.
I bought it just because it was from a sake brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. There was no mistake.
The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a nice sweetness and umami that spreads quickly. I think the taste goes well with all kinds of food. I found another good sake.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby.
Thank you for your warm encouragement. I've been on a moderation program to enjoy sake for as long as I can, but...well, it's all right, isn't it? I was able to drink comfortably.
Hello Chili and Tecchin 🐦.
4 days rest day! I'm really proud of you for working so hard and apologizing ✨I'm sure your wife feels it too 😊.
Yamagata has a lot of delicious sake. ❣️ I can see why Yamagata is chosen as one of the best sake breweries in Japan.
Thanks for your help, Bonchan.
We'll drink again this weekend 💦 in moderation.
Just saying that the sake brewery is from Yamagata Prefecture is already delicious. This sake was good too.
Have a good weekend!
This month's sake rice is Dewa Sanzan🤤.
I don't remember where I bought it, but it is well-balanced with a good mouthfeel and a crisp aftertaste - a little high in alcohol content, but I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting much 😆.
For me, this will be my next purchase 😁.
When you have five different kinds of sake, you want one dry bottle. The benten in the middle is perfect for a change of pace when western-style meat dishes are served, or when fruity flavors continue. ❗️ It goes well with traditional dry foods, and since it is a draft sake, it is mellow and dry.
Junmai Daiginjo Nama-no-Hara Sake. It is fruity and refreshing, and is still a good nama sake. It was sold directly at a liquor store in Odakyu, so I was able to buy it fresh.
Purchase at Hanshin Department Store
My first sake from Yamagata
I was attracted by the "Platinum Award" label and bought it!
I was also attracted by the sales clerk's description of the sake as "sake brewed with delicious rice.
As usual, I'll let you know what it tastes like after drinking it!
Good evening, Kiyotaro-san! ( ≧∀≦) No!
Daiginjo with 35% rice polishing ratio sounds quite delicious! (^○^)
I'm 99 check-ins this time, so I'm looking forward to the next Kiri number! (I'm looking forward to the next one!
