Thank you @Mizuhashi 🙏.
I thought maybe there was an animal or something hiding in there, but it was a hidden picture with a meaning 😆 I'm happy to check them all out: ‼️
Thank you for your time and effort 😊.
Pon, good morning ☀.
No, no, you're welcome 😃
Since it's Tanabata, it's a wonderful project to have two sake breweries meet once a year, sticking to the seven 🙂 ✌️
I liked Suminoe style better when I compared them in July: ❤️
Maybe it was because it had been open for a little while, but I didn't notice any difference between the two this time!
Both are delicious 😋.

This is wonderful. It is easy to drink, but has a wonderful balance of umami that remains strong. As one would expect from the only official brewery of the Date family, it claims to be the best sake.
The carving on the bottle is also very cool.
What is this! LOL!
Initial reaction...the aroma is melon-like...liquoriness?
After...it disappears quickly and the melon aroma remains 🍈.
This is a new frontier!
Anyway, more and more. DATE SEVEN I wanted to drink. Katsuyama first. I wonder how to describe Yamada-Nishiki. A world-class sake! The label says "full" and "clear". I guess it is an image of a woman. I feel the deliciousness of sake.
Katsuyama - En
A light, dry sake.
A mature sake that would go well with white fish 🍶.
It is good to drink as a food sake.
It is also fun to drink it heated or after some time has passed 😊.
My favorite ★★★☆☆☆2.5
DATE SEVEN SEASON2 episode3
Katsuyama style
The aroma is almost non-existent: ☺️
The taste is as dry as the aroma, with a hint of vinegared iso-type banana flavor coming out fluffy? I think so 😁.
The aftertaste is a strong alu feeling that finishes off.
Time-lagged post!
Glad I was able to buy it again this year - beautiful bottle as always😍.
