Year-end party, Sake Rice Project 8 (Sorry for the consecutive posts.) This is Miyagi's sake rice [Gin-no-Iroha], which I have positioned as a rival of Hyakumangoku-no-Haku, and is a semi-regular in the sake rice project.
This time, Momohaku-san Taniizumi is a kijo sake. I think this is the second time I have tasted it. I think this is the second time I have tasted this sake. Fruity and clear taste. Delicious!
I bought this bottle at Daimaru Tokyo store and happened to meet a person related to Katsuyama, so I was glad to hear about the brewery.
Year-end party, bring-your-own project No. 7, expanding the area a bit from Hokuriku to Nagano. Senjo-san, I think it is quite big in Shinshu, but I don't see it in Ishikawa. We bought it at Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi.
I've had a lot of Yamae Nishiki, but this is the first time I've had this one. Is Shinshu sake a mountain sake? I think it is so broad that it is difficult to summarize as "mountain sake". It feels gorgeous, like a daiginjo, and has a surprisingly ricey feel to it. It is delicious.
GI Naganosake.
Year-end party, 6th bottle of sake rice project, Gifu limited edition Shiromayumi, purchased at Hirayu bus center, as Gifu is our neighbor. It is a sake from Hida. It is said to be light and refreshing, but it is a mountain sake. It came with a thud. The sake rice is Hidahomare, which was produced for Hida sake, and it is said to sound like a bass note. The finish was crisp and clean.
Bringing in the Year-End Party 5, Hokuriku Love Edition.
Niigata, a sake kingdom, developed Koshitanrei to surpass Yamadanishiki. It is available at Pon Shukan Niigata Station.
The Kinmasu-san is quite rare, and the label is also very festive. It seems to be a Niigata limited edition.
It's not so much light as it is mellow. It has a strong camel-like taste.
