Cool and refreshing aroma. Grapy.
The taste is banana-like, with a touch of sweetness.
The dry rice flavor comes in later.
It has a citrus-like acidity.
The taste is a little richer than Sumie Style.
4/5 stars for my favorite.
After the 8th Japanese Sake Festival (9)
Nemuchi and I ordered a set of DATE SEVEN to compare.
I don't buy this kind of project by myself 🤔.
First, Katsuyama!
It was fruity, slightly sweet, and the acidity was impressive.
Hi bouken, 👋😃Thanks for your hard work in the hot weather of the Japanese Sake Festival - 👍️ I also drank this in Gransta and got the impression that it was light, sweet and sour 🎋It looks like it would be popular with the ladies 😃💕I would love to have it well chilled for my first summer drink✨.
pyonpyon good evening 😃thank you 😆 well it was delicious but I would have liked to drink this one in a sober state 🤔 maybe it was too good to drink at the end of the day 😅.
Today, a bottle of Orihime from Katsuyama Shuzo's Orihime from DATE SEVEN SEASON 2 episode 3 that I drank yesterday❗️
The aroma is a subtle junmai sweet❗️ sip is followed by a concentrated texture on the tongue followed by a slight numbness with sourness on the tongue❗️ and then the refreshing sweetness of the ginjo passes through the nose❗️ similar to the version from Sumikanoe, but still a different sake❗️ joint projects are interesting activities❤️
DATE7 drinking comparison
Katsuyama and Suminoe
Katsuyama is gentle and smooth on the palate, with the spiciness and bitterness of sake coming through.
Katsuyama has a bitterness that comes out first, and then the spiciness comes out.
Personally, I prefer Katsuyama.
My wife gave it to me as a gift 🤔.
It has a rich, fruity sweetness 🤔
I think there is a slight alcohol 🤔.
I drank it little by little over a week and from the 5th day, the mellowness seems to have mellowed 🤔.
The gorgeous fragrance gives off a very naughty atmosphere.
(The bottle is also very expensive and uneven.)
The first impression is as rich as the aroma.
However, it seems to be soft, but then the spiciness comes in the last half of the bottle, and then it is surprisingly sharp and sharp.
It leaves an intense aftertaste.

From the label
Orihime is expressed with a full and clear sake quality.
Its mild aroma, clean flavor, and gentle drinking comfort will complement a variety of dishes to a higher level of finish. /The taste expresses Orihime with a full and clear sake quality. The mild aroma, clean flavor, and gentle drinking comfort will complement a variety of dishes.
It is not too sweet, but the aroma spreads and the aftertaste is gentle. Delicious! I was most excited recently. Personally, I like Orihime better than Hikoboshi though Hikoboshi is also delicious!
DATE SEVEN SEASON2 episode3
Katsuyama Style Orihime Bottle
I was told that I could compare seven bottles when I go to the usual place, so I ordered one 😆.
Katsuyama was probably my first time and I was the first, so I was lucky to have a freshly opened bottle 👍.
The sweet aroma gave me high expectations!
The fruity taste was nice and spread out when I drank it, and compared to Hikoboshi, this one seemed richer!
Next up👍
This year's Tanabata was on Sunday.
And I couldn't go to Sendai.
So I wondered if I could meet DATE SEVEN somewhere.
Yesterday, Monday, Fukurokuju was closed, so I called today.
The manager told me that they were open, so I made a reservation.
I had read on social networking sites that there are two types of SEVEN this year, Katsuyama and Suminoe style.
Let's start with Katsuyama!
Orihime Bottle
A beautifully polished fruity sake!
It's quite something!
DATE SEVEN has become an annual event.
I wonder what the next one will be like?
