WAKANAMI TYPE-FY2
Fukuoka dream yeast No.2
Alcohol content 13%.
A peach-like sweetness at the bottom of the clearness.
Clear mouthfeel with a slight fizziness.
After the sourness and the mellow peach sweetness from the minerals, you can feel the firm acidity again and it refreshes.
When the temperature approaches room temperature, the sourness becomes more moderate, and you can feel the gorgeousness and sweetness of the peach.
It's a clean hit after a long time because there have been a lot of low alcohol sakes lately.
The Olympics are over, aren't they? Thank you to all the athletes. You were all wonderful.
Today, I was unusually free of custody, so I went on an expedition to a famous liquor store❗️🚙💨💨 for the first time.
Wow, there's a lot of stuff I've only seen at Sake no Wa 👀 ⤴️I'm so excited!
We didn't have much time, but we spent a blissful time "crab-walking" in front of the cellar, maybe 2 or 3 round trips 😅.
We bought 2 bottles to save space in the fridge (I️ wanted this and that and a few more)
It's been a long time coming... 😅😅😅
This is my first challenge at all. I've seen a few reviews of it on Sake no Wa, so I know the brand... but I have no basic knowledge of it.
I've never had a problem with it. Surprisingly, it doesn't linger in the mouth. The sourness and the acidity make it smooth, but unexpectedly the sourness came to the fore.
Just my personal opinion -> I think it's OK with both meat🥩 and fish🐟😄.
The quality is very high.
Very tasty. 😋😋😋
Good evening, sake loving land surveyor! 😄
I often do the crab walk at sake shops too! There's nothing but excitement when the brand you want is lined up! I drank 😆FY2 before and it was delicious 😋
Good evening, Rika!
I can't make a decision❓I'm indecisive❓I guess. I can't make a quick decision unless there is something I really want. I wander around in front of the cellar.
But if you look carefully, you may find something new😄.
Purchased in a bottle.
This is a series that I am confident I will never get tired of, even if I personally buy it in a bottle.
Especially in the summer, when sake consumption tends to drop, but it's refreshing and perfect for summer!
Maybe I like most of the Fukuoka Yume Yeast sakes...
I was surprised when I took a bite! The bottle looks like wine, but when you drink it, it's like white wine😮!
Refreshing and delicious~! It's sweet, but not too sweet because of the sourness 😚It's like juice again✨.
The snacks were Matsumae pickles with chopped myoga! It's so good! Happiness 🥰
FY2(Fukuoka Dream Yeast No.2)
Aroma: Muscat? Apple? Fruity aroma with a hint of sweetness🍏
On the palate, there is a strong attack of acidity💥malic acid? The sourness stands out before the sweetness💦.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.
It's like white wine, but apple wine? I'm not sure I'd even know it was sake if I drank it blind 😥.
At 13% alcohol, it's quite light and refreshing!
Sweetness and sourness can be felt rather clearly! It's also like a white wine!
The aftertaste goes away like water!
It's delicious! I want to buy it again!
The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison. At first, the sourness is strong and tingling, but when you swallow it, the aroma of rice escapes from your nose, and there is a faint sweet aftertaste. If you are not a fan of sake, this is a sake you should try. Wakaha Shuzo is the best!

What do you call it? LOL!
Wakaha Sake Brewery's aroma is fruity sake.
When you drink it, it has a sour taste.
I bought it because I heard it was made like a white wine, but it is a new sake that is different from white wine.
I don't think it is a sake for eating.
The aroma is subdued, and since it is 13 degrees, it is light in the mouth, and the sourness comes first. The sweetness is moderate. It's like a white wine. It seems to go well with Japanese food, not strong food.
