I bought it on a trip to Fukushima because I liked the tulip label.
The red color seems to be because it contains ancient rice.
It is a sparkling sake with a unique aroma. Is this the aroma of ancient rice?
I had it like a cocktail 🥴.
This is the sake from Fukushima that we received as a line gift
It was very smooth and easy to drink, but I don't know if it was because it was a daiginjo or not, I don't have enough data.
It's fun to try different kinds of sake while checking them out!

Aromas of lychee, apple and pear. The first impression on the palate is mellow and light, with the sweetness of the rice bill wrapping around the mouth, and the overall finesse and balance of sweet and sour, with a medium to long finish, making this a sake that even an introductory drinker can enjoy.
Bubbles Festival (7)
Today's second bottle is a total jack-in-the-box 😀.
It's a Pygmon bubbly, perfect for the Ultra generation 😀.
When I saw this face, I decided to buy it immediately, regardless of the taste 😀.
However, when I opened the bottle... it had a fruity and robust taste that I liked even more than the Suzune that I opened with it 😀.
This kind of unexpectedness is one of the joys of sake 😀.
For the next two days, I plan to end the year with a comparison of two of my favorite sake 😀.
Hi Yasbay 😃.
It would be great to win the jackets 😊.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you decide to drink at the end of the year 😋 Have a good end of the year 😌.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
That's so true 😀.
I feel special that the sake I bought to have a laugh tastes even better than I thought it would 😀.
In case you're wondering, today and tomorrow we'll be comparing different rice varieties of our favorite sake...looking forward to it 😀
I bought it yesterday at a nearby supermarket. Supermarkets these days are not to be underestimated. They have quite a lot of good sake. This was the first time I saw this one, but I was caught by the nigori. I took a sip. It tasted like a light nigori. The taste is smooth, and the slight sweetness and acidity are well balanced. The ginjo aroma is also good. It is easy to drink. It was unexpectedly delicious.
Pigmon's Bubbly Sake
I bought this sake with my parents when I visited my mother's side of the family.
It is fermented in the bottle and is sweet and easy to drink. It has a sweetness that doesn't make you feel the 7% alcohol content.
New sake brewed with this year's new rice.
The refreshing taste of rice spreads on the palate.
Nigori (nigori) is a unique taste that wraps around the tip of the tongue.
Delicious 😋😋😋.
