When I stopped by my parents' house, my mother told me I could take any sake they had on hand 👌 so I took it ❗It was the first time I got hooked on sake 😊It's 300ml so it's good for when you want to drink a little bit 🎵.
It tastes like grain or rice 😋.
Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King 😃.
Mr. Popularity Ichi! We've never seen it before 😅I see it's a swampy bottle 🤗It's also nice that it's at my parents' house 🏠 ☺️ A quick one to drink when you want one! I'd love to drink it!
Hello Jay & Nobby 😃.
I used to enjoy local sake such as Kitanokatsu and Fukuji, but a few years ago at New Year's I had this one and thought it would be nice to have a hobby of drinking sake from all over Japan ❗ and here I am today 🎵Thanks to the sake that inspired this 🙏.
Fukushima is the hometown of Eiji Tsuburaya, isn't it?
I was a Kamen Rider fan, so I didn't watch many Ultraman series... but I liked Seven, and I remember watching reruns many times when I was a child.
That being said... this Pygmon bubbly sake is a low alcohol, fizzy sake!
I bought it for the impact of the label, but it's delicious inside: ‼︎
I've been drinking it in the morning, and it's the perfect low-alcohol morning drink, the carbonation is thirst-quenching, and it also has a nice flavor!
The carbonation refreshes the nettlesome sweetness and makes it easy to drink in large gulps.
Also, the sweetness and sourness remain in your mouth, not on your tongue, as if they are slowly melting into your mouth.
I don't know what it is, but it is very pleasant!
Sake from Fukushima is delicious, and it's good that there are small bottles so it's easy to buy!
I know it must be hard work for the sake brewers, but I really appreciate it!
By the way, the name of the station "Kamito" is very attractive to sake drinkers!
Cold: Slightly aromatic, with a happy sweetness at first, followed by the umami of the rice. Yet, it is easy to drink.
I thought the name was a little strange, but it is a relatively new sake brewer and the name seems to have a special meaning to it.
Best Sake in a Wineglass Award 2023 Gold Medal
Today, for a day of rest.
Memorandum.
At Nihonbashi Fukushima-kan MIDETTE.
Three kinds of sake to compare.
I had bought Dada's Umeshu (plum wine) when I was in Fukushima before, and I have missed it since then.
Difficult to open because it's a fizzy type
Strong koji flavor or amazake taste
The low alcohol content makes it juice-like, so even if you're not familiar with sake, you'll enjoy it.
After opening the bottle and drinking it for a while, the sourness changes to be stronger.
I wondered if he'd taken it.
I guess I've had it before.
I bought it at Ricaman on my way home from work.
The aroma of ginjo is gorgeous!
Sweet and mild at the entrance,
but the bitterness and sharpness after the mid-palate
and sharpness in the mid-palate.
Found at a roadside station. I bought three bottles, this is the first one. It is a sweet daiginjo. It spreads on the palate, but the aftertaste is not bitter. I think I found a delicious sake!
The second bottle at my parents' house was a sparkling bottle of Popular Ichi, also purchased in Aizu.
It was my first time to drink Popular 1, but the sourness and sweetness is surprisingly easy to drink❣️ or maybe it's because it's only 7 degrees 😅.
It's perfect for when you want to take it easy.
I am sorry to go on and on about the old days, but I used to be stationed in Hong Kong. Among the many Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong at that time, the "Doraku Chaya" was by far the best, and I loved their original "barrel sake".
The sake was imported from Kyoto and served in cedar casks, which smelled so good that I could drink as much as I wanted.
This Popular Ichi was given to me by my sister-in-law, and it has an aroma that suggests it must have been brewed in continuous contact with the wood. The taste is rounded and unrefined, but it seems honest and I like it.
I enjoyed the aroma of the wood as I wondered how the stubborn owner of the Doraku teahouse was doing, and wished I had asked him to sell me that barrel of sake.
