The mild acidity of the 11% alcohol content is impressive. I didn't detect much of a ginjo aroma, which was great for me. It became one of my favorite bottles.

Despite the fact that the product name is "love" and the ❤️ mark is on the transparent bottle, it is a robust sake with a firm acidity that is typical of Yamahai. I like this kind of Yamahai.

とても柔らかい口あたりで旨みのある酒です。

おりが入っているにごり原酒ということで、しっかり、どっしりしたうまみのある酒という印象でした。
辛口の酒もいいですが、やっぱりこういう旨口の酒は好きです。

松ヤニというか樽熟成したようなフレーバーを感じる山廃でした。すっきした酸味というか印象でしたが、山廃らしいしっかりした味でした。

今まで飲んだ中でいちばんおいしいと思ったどぶろく。爽やかな甘さですっきり飲みやすく、飽きずに飲めるどぶろくだと思います。

山廃かと思うくらい甘くて味のしっかりした印象でした。。純米酒でこういった酒に出会ったことはありません。個性的だと思います。ゆっくり味わう酒。

甘さと軽い酸味を感じるまろやかな酒。また何か香ばしいしいフレーバーはワイン酵母によりものでしょうか。

乳酸菌の影響かやわらかな酸味があり糀の香りをダイレクトに感じる、うまみのある酒という印象でした。飲んで楽しい酒。
