The mild acidity of the 11% alcohol content is impressive. I didn't detect much of a ginjo aroma, which was great for me. It became one of my favorite bottles.
It is light and easy to drink, costing about 600 yen for 300ml.
As it is advertised as a sake to be drunk in a wine glass, I think it tastes good when drunk like a brut.
It has sweetness, but I think the acidity is stronger.
I had it with pretzel cheddar cheese flavor.
I think it would be great as an accompaniment to Netflix.
Type: Junmai ginjo, style: taruzake, rice: Ten no Tsubu/Yume no Kaori, polishing rate: 60%, alc.: 15%
This drink smells and tastes exactly like Christmas.
Aroma of apples, pears and Christmas tree.
Flavor is full of wood. I did not expect this much wood in ginjo style sake. Still very clean and refreshing with nice acidity. Feels rather dry.
Good drink for Christmas time.
Happy Christmas to all of you!
