Refreshing and alcoholic, but with a moderate aftertaste.
It has more acidity than sweetness, which is typical of sake from the Tohoku region.
Overall rating - B
Tasty, but would I pay that price for it? I don't think so.
But depending on what you eat, it could be a good match.
If you try it with meat, your rating might change. Bose KotaDrinking sake this evening that I purchased when I went to Soma for the Bon holidays!
It is sharp and dry! Delicious! れお Mellow, dry and thirst-quenching AKI ONUKISweet aroma. Crisp and dry. Taste of the sea. It is clean, well-balanced and easy to drink. FOX（備忘録）3. It has a mild sweetness on the palate, but as is typical of Junmai Daiginjos, it tastes clean and easy to drink. There is a slight bitterness, but it is just right. Yumeko, 50%, Junmai Daiginjo, a gift.

I think you will have a hard time finding the Masamune instrument without going to a liquor store 😓, although you can probably find it at famous liquor stores such as Izumiya, Echigoya, Nemoto Sake Shop, and Watanabe Sota Shoten. えりりんUta-san konbanhaa (´´Thanks for the decision).

In Koriyama, it would be Izumiya. I have never been there, but it is called a holy place in Tohoku. うたThe Holy Land of Tohoku: ⁉️
