Purchased at a local tavern, Ricker Jack's!
It's introduced as "on the rocks" and is strong in both degree and taste!
It was delicious served cold with ice on a summer day!
The Kinshachi! The taste of 🤔.
It has a peculiar taste. Easy to drink but tastes nostalgic (I think).
The label is very Nagoya-like and easy to introduce.
This is the drink for tonight.
I feel a little bit of old age in it, but I don't care about the details, just enjoy drinking it.
It smells a little bit like antiseptic, but I'm sure that's just my imagination.
Owari sake is delicious.
I bought this at a convenience store on a trip to Nagoya last month.
A 300ml bottle of Kinshachi fresh-stored sake.
I had imagined a sake that smelled a little more like sake, but it was surprisingly refreshing, with a hint of sake-like aroma.
I paired it with vegetables I brought back from my Obon trip to Niigata.
Eggplant, okra, triangular fried tofu from Agano.
Cherry tomatoes.
Sakae Sake Square (4) Cup
Mmmm, sake!
Sake with gusto and a strong aftertaste.
Dusty 😌 as it is brewed in my hometown.
At the snack booth, we had cheese marinated in koji miso.
It was delicious and gone in an instant 😋.
