This is the last of the sake purchased at the Nagoya liquor store. Rice used is Yumesansui Beautiful smooth sweetness and moderate bitterness and spiciness. It has a little heaviness, but it is a well-balanced sake ❗️. Not bad❣️

This is the drink for tonight. I feel a little bit of old age in it, but I don't care about the details, just enjoy drinking it. It smells a little bit like antiseptic, but I'm sure that's just my imagination. Owari sake is delicious.

I bought this at a convenience store on a trip to Nagoya last month. A 300ml bottle of Kinshachi fresh-stored sake. I had imagined a sake that smelled a little more like sake, but it was surprisingly refreshing, with a hint of sake-like aroma. I paired it with vegetables I brought back from my Obon trip to Niigata. Eggplant, okra, triangular fried tofu from Agano. Cherry tomatoes.

Sakae Sake Square (4) Cup Mmmm, sake! Sake with gusto and a strong aftertaste. Dusty 😌 as it is brewed in my hometown. At the snack booth, we had cheese marinated in koji miso. It was delicious and gone in an instant 😋.

At the 8th Sake Shop Kaku-uchi Fest (Ueno Park). The jacket was too cute to buy. Peru and Lulu seem to be the names of cats kept at the brewery. It has a clear fruity taste. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. I think it is better chilled than heated.
