It has a clear, acidic and refreshing taste. There seems to be a bit of bitterness or other miscellaneous flavors that were not there before, but I wonder if the brewing process has been changed.
This is the fifth year for this summer sake, which is sold exclusively at our favorite (lol) liquor store. Every year there is a number somewhere on the label indicating what year it is, but this year it was too obvious😅.
This seasonal sake comes out around the time the cherry blossoms start blooming in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
I bought it at my favorite sake store, Nonomi Shuzo, because I still had an image of how good it tasted last year.
The sake was bottled from the "arashibari" part of the bottle, so it was slightly cloudy and had a slight "trompe l'oeil" taste. It has a dry taste with a hint of sweetness that is characteristic of sake.
This is a delicious sake to enjoy at this time of year!
It is clear and colorless, with aromas of jyoshin powder, pear, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather weak, with mild acidity and a rich sweetness, and the lingering finish is rather short.
Hitachi Cherry Blossom Festival held for the first time in 4 years
Cherry blossoms were in full bloom and the weather was clear, attracting crowds of people who had been waiting for this day to arrive.
Buy some sake at a liquor store near the station
and enjoy drinking while admiring the cherry blossoms.
Sakura Ginjo, a sake I look forward to every year
Tomikushin's seasonal Yamadanishiki 50% polished rice
Slightly cloudy with a gorgeous aroma
Slight ginjo aroma and elegant sweetness like Wasanbon
It has a bitter aftertaste and goes well with sakura mochi (rice cakes).
The cherry blossoms look happy in the warm weather!
Everyone walking in the pedestrian paradise looks happy too!
The best sake that goes away in the blink of an eye!
Thanks for the great sake!
Let's go buy some more!
We look forward to this local sake every year. Rice is Miyamanishiki
During the brewing season, it is rare to meet the brewer, but it is fun to talk with him through sake.
A little bit of orizumi intertwined with the sake
Melon aroma
More acidity than sweetness
Sharp and light
It seems that the plastic flavor typical of Fukushin (not a very tasty expression) has returned to its home, and we are very happy to see it.
Taste is still a little firm
I'm looking forward to the taste getting better as the day goes by.
But it was gone before I could think of anything else.
I want to enjoy changing the taste again in summer and fall.
This is a special-order, non-filtered, pure rice sake from Kozonoe Shoten.
I used to avoid nama-shu because of the image that it is high in alcohol content, spicy, and difficult to drink, but I was attracted by the label "limited special order nama-shu" and bought it.
The first sip was not bad at all, but it was definitely spicy when cold. But it was definitely spicy when cold. I thought what should I do now that I bought a bottle, but by drinking it at room temperature, the dryness of the alcohol content disappeared and it became easier to drink.
I keep it in a cold winter storage room because it needs to be kept cold.
It is a delicious sake!
A bottle costs about 3,000 yen.
I bought 4 bottles at the end of the year and put them to bed.
Last one ‼️🍶
First the top clear...sweet ❤️
Flicked it... sour... ‼️
I thought the fizzing was over...
It's still alive and delicious!
I want to drink it carefully because it's the last one
I think... but I don't know...
Easy to drink
Elegant
Just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, smooth and silky
50% Miyamanishiki
Winter Limited Edition
I usually go to the brewery to buy it, but this time I bought it at my favorite local sake shop.
Delicious~.
It has a sweet, thin, umami taste with a complex mouthfeel.
It is not too assertive and goes well with all kinds of food.
An all-around easy-drinking sake.
