It has a clear, acidic and refreshing taste. There seems to be a bit of bitterness or other miscellaneous flavors that were not there before, but I wonder if the brewing process has been changed.
This is the fifth year for this summer sake, which is sold exclusively at our favorite (lol) liquor store. Every year there is a number somewhere on the label indicating what year it is, but this year it was too obvious😅.
