A refreshing and easy-drinking drink.
Just a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a habit.
I am back home in Tottori during Golden Week. I wanted to drink San'in sake, so I looked for a one-cup 🧐 Most of the sake is chiyomusubi because of my hometown, but I found the only one-cup with a slightly sweet taste. Even my parents, who do not know much about sake, know this traditional sake. The aroma when you open the bottle is unique to Sanin sake 😅It starts off smooth, and when you feel it's a little spicy, a hint of sweetness comes in and finishes it off. Thank you very much for the sake.
Good evening, Mr. Studying. I see you are from Tottori. I was just in San-in area during GW and drove around Matsue. Lake Shinji is beautiful, and I wish I could have stopped by the storehouse in case they were having a Toyo no Aki festival.
Thank you for your comment, Hirupeko. I didn't know you had commented here, so please forgive me for the consecutive comments 🙏 I drank Toyo no Aki for the first time and it was more than I expected 😋 The sunset over Lake Shinji is beautiful, isn't it? Have a nice trip 🙌
@Tenchi, a sightseeing train
A product available on the sightseeing train, Tenchi (Amechi).
As I have mentioned before, it would be a bad idea to see an old man on a local train line drinking sake, but the sightseeing train converts his appearance into a gentry, so thank you sightseeing train.
Like the Chiyomusubi I drank in Tottori, this sake has almost no scent, and the aroma and flavor are colorless in the mouth. The aroma and flavor are colorless in the mouth, but the fragrance and umami come later. I wonder if this is a characteristic of the San'in region.
Thank you very much for the food!
Scent is quite weak.
However, the moment you put it in your mouth, the rice-like sweetness spreads and
It satisfies the palate.
It's almost my first time drinking Shimane sake, but it's pretty good.

Purchased after tasting at the brewery
Toyono-Aki Shinmeihi
Shinmeihi comes from the four mountains surrounding Lake Shinji.
Mellow sweetness ^_^.
Balance👍
Tortoiseshell candy, freshness like pears and apples✨.
Slightly alcoholic, but mainly fruity.
A gentle sake that heals your tired body, gives you a sigh of relief, and relaxes you from your body ✨.
It's the best ✨❗️
This is another sake purchased at the brewery 🍶.
This seems to be the standard sake, but it was high level: ‼️
This one also has a soft, spine-tingling finish ✨👍🏻
You can tell the toji puts his heart and soul into it 🌾✨🍶.
It's a delicious sake 🍶😋.
This sake was purchased at the brewery 🍶.
I didn't know about Shimane sake, but it was of a high level: ‼️
According to people from Shimane, the origin of sake is Shimane 😄.
I always thought it originated in Nara Prefecture because I've been to the sake shrine at Taijin Shrine 💦.
I wonder which one it is ⁉️
Aside from that, this sake is very beautifully made: ‼️
The sake is quite soft ✨✨
The total balance is outstanding 😋.
I would love to visit this brewery again 🍶.
