I am back home in Tottori during Golden Week. I wanted to drink San'in sake, so I looked for a one-cup 🧐 Most of the sake is chiyomusubi because of my hometown, but I found the only one-cup with a slightly sweet taste. Even my parents, who do not know much about sake, know this traditional sake. The aroma when you open the bottle is unique to Sanin sake 😅It starts off smooth, and when you feel it's a little spicy, a hint of sweetness comes in and finishes it off. Thank you very much for the sake.

Balance👍 Tortoiseshell candy, freshness like pears and apples✨. Slightly alcoholic, but mainly fruity. A gentle sake that heals your tired body, gives you a sigh of relief, and relaxes you from your body ✨. It's the best ✨❗️

This is another sake purchased at the brewery 🍶. This seems to be the standard sake, but it was high level: ‼️ This one also has a soft, spine-tingling finish ✨👍🏻 You can tell the toji puts his heart and soul into it 🌾✨🍶. It's a delicious sake 🍶😋.

This sake was purchased at the brewery 🍶. I didn't know about Shimane sake, but it was of a high level: ‼️ According to people from Shimane, the origin of sake is Shimane 😄. I always thought it originated in Nara Prefecture because I've been to the sake shrine at Taijin Shrine 💦. I wonder which one it is ⁉️ Aside from that, this sake is very beautifully made: ‼️ The sake is quite soft ✨✨ The total balance is outstanding 😋. I would love to visit this brewery again 🍶.
