After the Nohtaka booth, I knew I had to eat something, so I went to the basement and bought some yakitori (grilled chicken) 🐣.
There was a corner of rice balls made from Niigata's new rice in the Sake-no-jin, and I was quite tempted to try them, but I was determined not to eat carbohydrates... so I held back.
It was my first time to visit the Takano Sake Brewery.
I think I've seen the sake itself somewhere, but I've never had it 🤔.
I wonder if they took the name from Fubuki Koshiji or if the sake came first?

This is a Junmai sake, a full-flavored sake among the sake we received. It was a cold day, so I started it at room temperature. It is crisp and dry on the palate, with a hint of sweetness from the rice for a moment, but it also goes down the throat well, making it a dry Niigata sake. It is a bottle, so tomorrow I will warm it up a bit and drink it.
