Sweet and sour and somewhat reminiscent of wine. Lovely and pleasant to drink. 12 degrees Celsius low al. Easy to drink and delicious sake with a sweet and sour taste until the end and a sharpness that goes away quickly 😍.
Sake from Gunma's Ryujin Sake Brewery, which produces my favorite Oze no Yukimelto.
Aromatic and deeply sweet sake.
The mouthfeel is also refreshing, but still a sweet drink, the kind I like.
