Sake from Gunma's Ryujin Sake Brewery, which produces my favorite Oze no Yukimelto.
Aromatic and deeply sweet sake.
The mouthfeel is also refreshing, but still a sweet drink, the kind I like.
My favorite ★★★★☆
Ryujin" again because it is delicious and cosy! And the slanted back label👁.
I'll spare you my impressions since I posted them last time. However, the light and crisp sweet and tasty sensation like melon or green apple, accented by a greenish astringent aftertaste, is addictive 😋.
Ozeyuki is more famous, but this is also a great sake that is second to none...!
The ginjo aroma has a strong alcohol taste.
It has a strong sweetness, but the spiciness with a strong alcohol taste washes the palate.
I thought it was a good decision to add alcohol.

I couldn't get a label, so I borrowed the photo from the internet.
Mild, refreshing and sweet 😊.
It's very easy to drink 😙.
It also has a nice, vanishingly sharp taste 😆.
Soft sweetness on the palate
Firm and intense fruitiness
Good amount of umami on the palate
It is assertive but has a good sharpness.
It is easy to drink.
