Today is Ishikawa Brewery's Appreciation Day, a stamp card that is issued for purchases of qualifying products for three consecutive months. This time, I received a four-pack of sake for completing the stamp card. I was surprised because I thought it was a smaller bottle. The brewery may have left it unsold, but the drinker was delighted.
It has a mellow melon-like aroma and a sweet, rich flavor. I know this may sound insistent, but they offered us a 4-gou bottle for completing the stamp card... they are so generous that I have become a fan even more and more.
