Because the place became a little far away
It was difficult to go there.

I visited a liquor store, Haretoke, for the first time when I went away for a bit.
I was excited to see so many drinks I had never seen before💕.
Now this Juhachimori is made from Asahi rice from Okayama prefecture.
The aroma is fresh and fruity. It was a delicious sake with a gentle but clean aftertaste 😋.

I think this is the first time I've seen such a detailed name of the production area.
Coincidentally, there are only two Asahi rice sake from the same brewery, following Tagaji.
I wonder if the sourness and bitterness is a feature of Asahi rice or a feature of the brewery.
The sake tastes sweet but has a strong umami flavor.
Sourness remains as an aftertaste
When it warms up a little, the bitterness comes out.
A delicious sake with a good balance of flavors.

I'm pretty sure it was blue banana... as the description on the store shelf said.
It is indeed fresh and banana-like, but not sweet, but still tart and bitter like it is green. A clean aftertaste.
