Kurobe City.
Purchased a 300mL bottle.
The color is yellowish, and although it is a daiginjo, it has a junmai-shu-like taste.
It has a strong rice flavor and tastes like sake.
It is said to be a second fermentation sake in the bottle like champagne, so it has a strong acidity and tastes like sparkling wine.
It tastes like sake, but even those who are not familiar with this type of sake can drink it. The alcohol content is low at 7%, and the 500 ml bottle is a good size for drinking.

Slightly elegant aroma.
The mouthfeel is refreshing.
Slightly drier than sweet and dry.
Sourness type, then umami.
It has a mild aroma and is not assertive.
This is one of the local sake with the same design label often found on the shelves of supermarkets, probably in the Aeon series. The other sake often seen side by side is Asakai from Iwate.
Gen no Taki Shiboritate Daiginjo 720ml
This is the second bottle from the Gen no Taki brewery.
This one is also fruity, refreshing and delicious.
We went with three people and had a great time with the couple next door. But daytime drinking is effective. I think I was already empty for one more bottle😅.
The venue was just like a fair, with blind sake tasting, sake rice ball sales, and a yakisoba stand. There were also yakisoba stalls to entertain us 😄.
The 10th Gen no Taki Limited Sake Brewery Opening
On Saturday, I went to the 10th Gen no Taki brewery opening.
There were many cups on sale for 100 yen and 200 yen, but I was told that bottles are more economical, so I opened a bottle. The freshly pumped sake tastes fresh and delicious 😋.
400 yen for all-you-can-stuff sake lees, 100 yen for a large bag of plums to be used for plum wine, and I brought my backpack 😄.
