Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
When you get off the Shinkansen from Kanazawa and exit the ticket gate, you'll suddenly see a BAR in Toyama Station: ‼️
Two glasses of Hiyoroshi for 400 yen! I had to go there, didn't I!
The first one was Mabotaki. It's quite medium and delicious with a good flavor.
It must be delicious to have it poured by the proprietress, who is a toji (master brewer) in person. ✌️
Good morning, @Mizuhashi!
I haven't been to Toyama station for a few years, but it seems to be like that these days 😲.
I know I would stay longer if the second glass of seasonal sake, etc. is 400 yen 😁.
Good morning, Jive 🌞.
This stall appears as a guerrilla event. I think it is organized by a wholesaler, but each brewery takes turns helping 😃.
We are in Ueda today: ✌️
It has a deliciously mellow flavor that reminds one of a Toyama sake, with a low acidity and a nice sharpness. It has a complex aroma of fruit and flowers, which makes you think it is a Junmai Daiginjo.
White peach, melon, muscat, white dumpling, green bamboo, acacia, and mushroom.
This special junmai sake is made from 60% Toyama Gohyakumangoku and other grains and brewed slowly at a low temperature in a "ginjo-style" brewing process. The fragrance is kept to a minimum and the flavor is slowly drawn out, making it delicious both chilled and warmed up. Please feel free to drink it.
Serve at room temperature. It is soft in the mouth. It has a strong acidity and a clean aftertaste. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste. A good sake to pair with food.
Good morning 🌞Thank you for the congratulations! I didn't expect to get it here & I'm glad it caught your eye as I always have the impression that you have a great drink ❦.
I try to look at the reviews of those who have given me a like♡|-...)Soooo...
I know I'm missing some things, but I'm not sure if I'm missing anything...
Thank you for your comments!
I'm amazed at the amount of alcohol you drink, but I really admire your diligence in checking the numerous reviews, and I hope to do a little better in my second year: 🏋️

I plan to go back to the roadside station to buy more clear sake, but I have a bottle of muddy muddy sake at home and opened it.
This is a muddy sake that also contains grains of sake rice. It is so rich that it is almost as if you are drinking the rice as well. I feel like I'm full somehow 😆.

We opened a bottle of this sake that we brought back from the brewery opening in May.
It is 1,200 yen for 500ml, and I had the same bottle on the same day.
I will try to buy it next time I go to the roadside station near the brewery, where they sell freshly brewed sake 😃.
☆
Turns out, the Junmai sake was also a raw sake...
Same taste and aroma, my personal favorite 💖.
But you learned a lot 📖✍🏻💭.
I'm going to make a real mature sake out of the raw sake.
Maybe you can heat it up 👈 perverted idea 🤪.

I tasted two kinds of summer sake at this brewery last year.
I forgot about it...
I'll record my impressions this time 🍀✍️
I'll start with the Daiginjo 😋🍶🍶.
Just watched #SeijiRokkaku's Drinking Iron Main Line Japan Trip.
Rokkaku-san visited the brewery
I learned that it is brewed by a female master brewer.
I'm going to taste it with that in mind ‼️🥹💖
Indescribable aroma and color◀◁◀Not bad ✌️
I don't know how they've been managing it for the past 7 months since it was made.
I don't know.
I don't know how it's been kept, but it's been sitting at room temperature for the last two weeks...
I like aged sake as well, so I'm totally enjoying it.
I'd like to taste it fresh if I have a chance.

It has an addictive taste. 👉🏻👈🏻💦
