A gift. It has the taste of a Hara-shu-like sake and the drinkability of a Junmai Daiginjo. It has a high alcohol content (18%), so I would like to try it as a non-harakusyu.
I visited Obuse and bought it at Matsubaya, a sake brewery in town 😊.
The Hokushin style has the best flavor with a kick!
Looking forward to the cloudy one 😋!
Today, I had planned to go to a famous sake izakaya in Otsuka (famous for its sake "Jyushidai") in the rain, but the metropolitan bus was delayed for 15 minutes and did not show up, probably due to the rain. After cleaning up the white squid, shime saba (mackerel), and nikudofu with beer and highballs, I finally settled on a daiginjo from the Hokushin style. It was a very tasty sake with a good aroma, fruity sweetness, and a nice sharp aftertaste. Tomorrow morning, I will leave at 5:50 a.m. to play tennis, so I will return home in one gong, savoring the aftertaste of this Hokushin-ryu.
Smells like sweet peaches.
It has a strong acidity and bitterness. When it is mixed with rice, it becomes more rice-like, spicy, and acidic, and the sensation of having it in the mouth is strong. The smell is that of koji.
This is the drink I had at the event that went down....
I'm going to throw them in a row, but I'm sorry I can't remember what they tasted like❗
But it was all delicious ✨

The taste of sake made from rice steamed in a large kettle
The taste of sake made from rice steamed in a large Japanese kettle is exceptional!
Refreshing and refreshing.
Refreshing citrus flavor with a
with a nice bitterness 😊.
Omakase course at Sushi Hidetora, considered the best in terms of cost performance✨.
The fourth is also in Nagano's Hokushin style. Kotara is a brewery that I have never seen before. The bright red label with gold letters is impressive. It is said to be dry, but the umami flavor is so strong that it doesn't feel that way. It also has a moderate sweetness. It is quite tasty 😃.
When served cold, it has a mild sweet and sour taste with a sharp and crisp aftertaste.
The taste is mellow, yet sweet and delicious, with a modern flavor that is based on the classics.
When warmed to lukewarm, the sweet and tart flavor becomes stronger, but the overall profile remains the same.
