The fourth is also in Nagano's Hokushin style. Kotara is a brewery that I have never seen before. The bright red label with gold letters is impressive. It is said to be dry, but the umami flavor is so strong that it doesn't feel that way. It also has a moderate sweetness. It is quite tasty 😃.
