I was attracted by the Hakutsuru Nishiki rice used to make this 🍶.
It smells slightly like melon 🍈.
Moderate sweetness and sourness, a bit of bitterness as you drink it and it finishes with a kick. ☺️
Very easy to drink and delicious 😊.
It is one of the 🍶 I want to repeat 🤗
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 40
Rice: 100% Hakutsuru-Nishiki
After polishing and polishing and polishing Miyamanishiki🌾, the world of rice polishing ratio 11% is reached.
Polishing alone takes more than 220 hours = 9 full days.
Only the core white of the polished rice is used to brew this drop of soul.
It is truly a forbidden sake.
The appearance is a shiny crystal with a hint of gold.
The aroma is gorgeous yet ladylike.
The nose is gorgeous yet ladylike, with hints of apple, pear, melon, and white grape.
The freshness of youth coexists with a moderately ripe sweetness.
Acacia overflows elegantly from the glass.
A veil of rice aroma like fresh rice powder.
The texture is smooth and silky and translucent.
The clear and condensed sweetness of the rice and the beautifully fine acidity create a harmony of condensed flavors while maintaining a sense of transparency.
It is simply beautiful and completely free of any cloying taste.
It spreads smoothly in the mouth, and although it is dry, there is almost no dryness. It is enveloped by the clear rice flavor and disappears like water soaking into a stone.
It is so beautiful that the word "sharp" is unnecessary.
The lingering aftertaste is long and thin like an airplane cloud.
Tranquility, beauty, nobility, chastity, and elegance.
The quintessence of the core of Miyamanishiki🌾 has been condensed.
Polishing rice is not always a good thing, but this kind of sake is also wonderful.
I felt gratitude in my heart to the 🌾 farmers, the sake brewery, and the rice gods.
Hi Jay & Nobby😃
I've never had the opportunity to drink a sake this polished, but even I could afford it if it was the super goddess Kudokutei 🍶.
It is indeed the ultimate in polished 😊.
I think it was a very intoxicating tongue experience 🍶📝.
Tsuyodai, here too😃.
I heard that (1) steaming rice steam, (2) crushing the unrefined sake with an oar, and (3) keeping the rice polishing ratio below 35% are three of the forbidden things in the sake industry 🤔.
All of them seem to be rather broken nowadays, partly due to the advancement of technology 😁.
Hi Aladdin 🐦.
Wow! You drank a good one 😍It would take courage to open the bottle 😆 Of course it's expensive, but I'm still surprised why that price 😳.
I learned why it's forbidden 😊🙏.
Good morning, Pon 😃.
This may be a heresy even for Kudokigake, which is synonymous with high milling and super-cosmos 😁.
I wonder if the milling process was like sand 🤔I'm worried about the original cost 😌.
I hope I don't break the drinking rule 😁.
This is the second time I bought Kudokidokutei after a year and a half. It was a little expensive, but if the price is this low after cutting down to 29, I would say it's rather cheap...
I was thinking that it was very dry with a fruity flavor, but suddenly I found myself thinking "Hey, it's kind of sweet...". It was quite strange that I often had a moment when I thought "Hey, it's kind of sweet". The Juicy Dry Kai Kai I drank last time might have been like that. But when I go for another sip, it becomes "I knew it wasn't sweet". I don't know about you, but it's delicious😅.
I saw Tsubu-chan-san advocating the best pairing of this sake with Dorayaki, and I saw someone advocating the exact same thing 😳I wonder if he is his son, judging from the content.
Good morning, freelancer Ichiyo Otoko, did you notice ☀️ 🤭Sake no Wa was recommended to me by my son and I started it. He's not posting now, but he hasn't uploaded his favorite pairing of kudo & dorayaki in a while 🤗.
Hi, Tsubu-chan!
It was a difficult flavor, so I was looking up other people's feedback and found Goeniru's post 😎I like the idea of a father and son sharing a sakéwa together 👍️ I'll try it with dorayaki the next time I have a chance to try it 💪.
Hello, Jay and Nobby!
Finally, I'm a salmon spy too! I just happened to check out Goe's first post and Tetsubu-chan's like... I took some tricks to get it, though... 😎.
Sourness, a little bitterness. It's sweet, but it's almost umami. Flavor may be drunken and not understandable, or it may be very faintly lactic acidic.
Skewered monkey
It was sweet with a strong melon flavor and lingering aftertaste, and the light flavor made it the perfect drink to enjoy with a meal.
It would be better with sashimi than meat.
Finally, it's a good way to make a deal 😊.
This is a luxurious sake, with Dewa Sanzu reduced to 22% 😆.
The taste is just gorgeous aroma, clear, no cloying taste and a strong umami 😁.
Delicious 😆.
I can't believe they polished it to 22%... but I guess it's not so rare to find highly polished sakes these days 😅.
But I'm sure it's delicious 😁.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😊.
Oh, by the way, my acquaintance should be pissed off at the farmer for polishing so much rice! I know you said that 😅.
But I bet it tastes clear ✨.
You should try to get your hands on some: ☝️
I can't tell you where, but we were treated to a variety of sake and the best snacks. I am grateful that I am able to enjoy this kind of company when I go around saying how much I like sake. It was a good night!
Is this perhaps a juicy pineapple?
I thought that if you sipped it slowly, the pineappleiness would just mellow out, rather than go down your throat and feel refreshed. I thought it would be easier to drink.
However, I personally prefer a fruity pineapple flavor.
