It's the same rice as the other day's Jikin, so I'm going to have it as a drinking comparison based on my memory and the past logs.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the sweet aroma of fresh melon and white sugar. The taste is sweet, but the base is sour and has a soft sweetness that is not too strong, and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink and very tasty.
The finish is a little spicy and heavy, expressing the volume of the sake. ☺️
