Discovery of Kudokibe
This sake I learned about at the Saizuru Bar in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
It's hard to find it these days.
However, I found it at "Koko no Ie".
A waiter approached me.
What kind of sake do you like? Which sake do you recommend among the ones we have this day?
I told him "kudoki-teki," which is a type of sake with a nice aroma.
He seemed to know a lot about sake.

I drank this Junmai Ginjo in 2021 in Yamagata with Bessan and Mexican Tequila!
