It is refreshing and has a sweet aroma like green apples and pears. Maybe I prefer ginjo-style sake. Slurpy smooth water,... Wow! Soooo juicy! Refreshing and the sweetness of the pear comes as it is. But it's not at full strength, it's well controlled by the sharpness of the aftertaste, which makes it mild and easy to drink. It was soooo delicious! Thank you again for the great meal tonight!
