Junmai Ginjo🍶.
Kochi-Ehime Rail trip 🚃Day 2
Hozumitei's 4th cup is here 😆.
Refreshing ✨, rummy. Good mouthfeel. Good acidity. Citrus 🍊. I missed taking a picture of the important sake 😰.
Uwajima tai meshi is not cooked rice with rice, it's rice with egg over tai sashimi 😳 Fresh tai makes it so delicious 😋 Satsumameshi is tai sashimi mixed with barley miso and soup stock, then ground up and served over rice. It was a very satisfying night in Uwajima 🎉.

Sweet aroma of grapes and pears
The sake is described as slightly dry with a sake strength of +5.
The first thing I felt was the same sweetness as the aforementioned aroma.
There is a sharpness hidden in the sweetness.
The lingering aftertaste is modest but lingers.
(P.P.P.) Yum!
