I had it with sushi as a food sake 🙏. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture of it! It has a delicious rice flavor, but not too sweet and refreshing. The texture is just right as it is lightly nigori (lightly cloudy). I thought it is a well-balanced sake that does not kill the delicate taste when served with sushi, yet it has a delicious aroma when it goes down your throat🙆.
