I bought a cup of Seven Crown Horse Sake today at Kusefuku in the Aeon Mall ☕︎ well chilled.
It's slowly spicy when I take a sip. It leaves a lingering aftertaste. But it's been a long time since I've had it, so it's delicious.
The wind is cool and it's a good temperature for a solitary evening drink.
I'm happy 😀.
I died in the second half of July from Corona, so I'm chewing up the moment.
We don't have air conditioning in the house, so I'm drinking in a sweat.
Good evening, Uyasa.
I was wondering why I haven't seen you around, but it was Corona, wasn't it? Are you okay with your taste buds? I'm sorry you had a hard time 😰.
Kinkin dry and fried looks delicious ❣️
Good evening, Bonchan!
There was a time when the taste was a little bitter, but now it's back and delicious...
It's still the season for a good dry sake 😋.
I used to have a dry impression of the Seven Crown Horses 🍶 that I couldn't quite get my hands on.
Recently, I've been able to drink it a little more and this time it's a summer sake!
I was told that this sake was purified at the Suga Shrine.
It's a lucky sake 😌.
The first sip is at 13°C. The aroma is of soft rice.
The aroma is softly of rice.
Sticky texture.
The sweetness comes at first and soon becomes spicy.
I don't feel much fruity.
Seven Crown Horses🐎 blue label...is that a first?
I had a hard time getting a hold of Shichikanma because of my impression of dry sake, but recently I've been able to enjoy dry sake a little more, or maybe it's because this sake was easy to drink with low sake content, so I can drink it more and more 😆.
It's refreshing but also has a hint of sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😌.
Shimane has a lot of good sake ✨.
