The "Seven Crown Horse: Jet-Black S Uma Musume Shimbori Chris S." is a limited-edition sake brewed especially for this collaboration. The sake is made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture's special A district, which boasts the highest quality, and is available in two flavors, "Stillness" and "Movement," to express the horse's majestic appearance and the dynamic energy he displays in the races.

Because it was a waste!
I have the impression that it is a more honest sake with a less mineral taste than the previous Symbol Rudolph collaboration sake.
As expected of Rudolph, the lion's alias was not an achievement.
The dynamic sake has a very gorgeous aroma that can be savored on its own, while the quiet sake has a more subdued aroma and is more suited for a medium-barrel meal.
The Seven Crown Horse is still delicious!
