Nagano Prefecture
Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 17%.
Rice: 100% Miyamanishiki
The moderate sweetness of Miyamanishiki gives the sake a Japanese character.
Because of its high alcohol content, it is a sake that will hit you hard on the throat.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
A beautiful wine that is delightful to pass through the nostrils 🎵.
I wonder if it will grow again tomorrow.

Gold course, so the label is gold?
It is dry but has a fresh sweetness. I guess it's like a modern wine based on a classical wine.
I should probably drink it with a meal, but I drank it while playing mahjong.
We had a local sake in Matsumoto!
This sake was recommended to us as a fruity sake. As recommended, the sake was very tasty and I guzzled it down!
We enjoyed it with a side dish of local delicacy, horse sashimi.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 7th bottle
It has a strong umami but is rather dry.
On the first day, the umami and dryness were hard, but as the day goes by, it becomes rounder and easier to drink.
YOMOYAMA NAGANO in Osaka⑤.
This is also the first time to try this sake.
This was also my first sake.
I asked which is the most standard one, and it was Honjozo.
Misuzu Honjozo.
The sweetness is firm and full of mild flavor. It is not a standard high-class sake, but it is good enough. This was delicious.
Misuzu Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Omachi
The aroma is like that of Omachi. The aroma is like that of Omachi, and the taste is rich and thick with a strong umami. It has a strong acidity in the aftertaste.
Misuzu Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Nishiki
Compared to Omachi, it has a surprisingly strong acidity from the attack. It is not my favorite.
Misuzu: Unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
The first Misuzu we have ever tasted is brewed at a small sake brewery in the Senma district of Nagano Prefecture, where the Senmajuku flourished as a post station on the Nakasendo Highway.
The first impression is apple-like aroma, and after swirling, the impression of tropical fruitiness like pineapple becomes more pronounced.
The wine has a slightly chili-like and soft mouthfeel, yet with a relatively high alcohol content of 17%, it has a robust drinking experience that belies the impression of a fresh aroma in a good way.
The wine has been aged for 4 months before shipping and is now ready to drink!
The umami is firm, but fresh and clean. The sake is fresh and clean. The pleasant acidity and slight bitterness give it a refreshing aftertaste. It does not interfere with meals. Not a bad sake in a humble way.
Sake rice: 100% Miyamanishiki
Rice polishing ratio→49%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sake degree→+2
It is mellow, rich, and very drinkable!
The solid sweetness and the 17 degrees alcohol content give the impression that it is well finished and easy to drink!
There is no bitterness, and you can feel the taste of Nagano in this sake!
It is good both by itself and with a meal!
