Purchased on a trip to Nagano.
Gentle rice face ☺️
The flavor seems to change easily in proportion to changes in temperature.
I didn't know the rice or milling ratio, but it felt strange in many ways💦.
It goes well with hijiki stew and grilled mackerel❤.
This time, I chose a dry sake to go with the horse sashimi.
Although there is a hint of sweetness, it is a beautifully sharp sake with a refreshing bitterness and acidity that enhances the flavor of the horse sashimi 😋.
It is the best sake for a meal ❕🥰.
