Opened April 4, 2023 Dare to buy a local brand at the brewery. I knew it was from the "Minami" brewery❗️ and it's really a honjozo, so clean and mellow, with a hint of brewer's sake...I didn't know they had a version like this. This is great as a food sake, but it is also delicious in a glass of wine. ‼️

Rice used is unknown It is light and smooth, and you can drink it like water ❗️. There is a little bitterness, but I didn't feel much sweetness when it was cooled down. It's just right for a cup of sake, but if you drink more than this, you may think it's not enough. 64th cup of sake
