Minami, one of my favorite brands of Kochi sake
The brewery that produces Minami's brand for the prefecture is Tamanoi.
I became a fan after taking a sip.
It is light, clean, and spicy, with a delicious rice flavor in the aftertaste.
It is an amazing sake that I have not had in a long time. It is a special honjozo that makes you drink it, and the taste is unbeatable. The strongest local sake.
Speaking of Setsubun, I like sardines best instead of ehomaki. Pour cold sake over grilled fish. The sharp spiciness is too good.
This sake would be absolutely delicious heated up. I'll be patient and leave it for today.
